Our petition was approved today. Hurray! On to the NVC stage now. Good luck to everyone awaiting approval.

Some info about our petition, if it would be of any help to others.

I'm an Indian and my wife is USC

NOA 1: November 6, 2019

NOA 2: April 29, 2020

Transferred from Texas to California on February 23, 2020

Date changes since NOA1 were, Feb 23, Mar 31, Apr 23 and Apr 28

Congratulations!! Thanks for sharing the details. It helps a lot. Best wishes for next steps.

I guess USC are going faster then LPR spouse.  Hope LPR spouse approvals will also be reported soon in this group.

Excited for everyone getting November approvals!

We're CR1/USC Husband from UK

PD 11/27/2019

NOA1 12/2/2019

Potomac Service Center

Our last real date change was 1/16/20 and no updates since then which is frustrating. Anyone else in this situation?

I haven't had any updates on my case since I received my NOA1 12/11. Hopefully they keep processing quickly and ours will be done soon.

Hi Everyone. Need help. What should I do next? Saw this on my account today. And when I click to review notice, it took me to an error page.  Should I wait for the official letter in the mail?
Any number should I call? Or how should I get to the tier 2 agent through the phone?
SC: was at Texas, but got transferred without notice to California on Feb 23.

Yes, we actually have no idea. So it's super weird because on our USCIS account it doesn't say anything about a transfer.

We know it only because our lawyer told us so when he sent the change of address notice, our case is apparently at Potomac now, probably happened beginning of this year.

Hi everyone, I've been watching this thread for a while now but just recently made my account. Our priority date is 11/04/2019 and we received our approval on 04/27/2020. We originally filed at the Texas service center, which eventually got transferred to the national benefits center, and ended up being transferred to the Potomac service center in early April.
