Yup, exact same with me! My case was transferred from Nebraska to California (also filed in November 2019), and the 2nd date change was March 31st. The first one was when I asked Emma if my case had been transferred, and it had been to California.

Interesting - I *think* Cali wasn’t doing many/ if any I-130 applications previously, so my theory is that they may get through their case transfers quite quickly?

I spoke to ‘Emma’ last night who confirmed our case had not been moved again and therefore still at CSC. So surely a date change means it’s been looked at in terms of reviewing, thus it *could* be approved next week. If it isn’t then the date change could be anything.... Who knows!

Is it possible to check the case status as the beneficiary? my husband is snowed under at work, and it would be so much easier if I could check rather than asking him to do it all the time! We filed on Nov 1st and had NOA1 for TSC  but nothing since!

I have been following the I-130 groups on Facebook, I’ve seen a lot of September 2019 filers getting approvals this month despite the fact that their cases were transferred from Texas to Vermont. Seems to be following the same timeline as Texas, so I remain hopeful for June! 😬

PD: Nov 26th

NOA1: Dec 3rd

Update 1: Feb 23rd - transferred to Cali from Texas

Update 2: March 31st - see below

Update - My husband spoke to Emma again a couple of days ago to see why we had another date change. The operator confirmed that the second date change (March 31st) indicates that our case was being worked on and said ‘this is a good sign’. Trying not to get too excited but I am preying for some good news soon. I have seen someone with a Nov PD get approved last week so perhaps we are all not too far behind!

This is fantastic news. Best of luck

My PD is Nov7

First update was on 23 Feb when they Transfer our cases from Texas to Vermont.

Second update was on 31st March, I spoke to uscis operator and he confirmed that background checks has been sent.

I have three petitions with same PD. The funny thing is that only my daughter case has date update on 31st march but my spouse and son cases have no update after 23Feb.

Hi guys! My PD is 11/15. My date on USCIS keeps updating as well. i spoke with a live rep on Emma today and this was what they said. I am choosing to be optimistic about this!! Hopefully it means they’re finally working on some November cases!
