I was wondering the same thing because my estimated date was just extended by 5 months... 😔

Same happened with me. I received weekly timeline email from VJ on last Sunday. It was showing 5 months jump. I clicked on the link and it directed me to someone else profile.

Try to click that link in your email.

Btw, I just checked your timeline and your estimated is within 6.5-8months.

Same thing happened to me. I also got same response first time in my inbox. Then i asked them again specifically about service center and they blew my mind with VSC. Anyhow, kindly send them another query and they will reply you.

I wish that you stay with TSC. Best of luck

Hi there,

This is an automated message they love to send... happened to us a gazillion times- so frustrating!! Try selecting "other" from the dropdown menu, instead of your ioe number ... sometimes that helps  ;)

Good luck!!

Hi Shemuz, we expedited with USCIS.  What do you need to know? 😊

Hi Inita. I requested an expedite and received an email a few days after asking me to send in documents/evidence. I sent it the same day. Then 2 days later I received this response email: “We have received the requested evidence. Your case is under expedited review. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 30 days.” I’m confused as to what this means. Do you know what it means? I’m not sure if this means they will make a decision about the expedite request within 30 days or a decision about the petition itself. The last updated date in my online account also changed to the date I received this email.

Hi Shermuz, it says "your case is under expedited review" so all should be good :) you should get a decision on the i130 within 30 days. If you don't then reply to exactly that email that you received and ask what the status is. At least that's what I did after my USCIS given timeframe had passed and two days later my status changed to approved!

good luck and have a nice weekend 🤞🌸

Thank you so much Inita! Your reply made me feel so relieved! I was confused if that definitely meant the expedite request was accepted. Now I’m feeling more confident. I hope to get the approval soon. Thank you once again. You have a nice weekend too!

congratulations! We received an RFE approx. 30 days after the expedite request. Petition was approved 2 days after the response was received by Service Center :)
