You will still need a something from the police showing you don't have anything on your record. Someone else asked this question not very long ago but I can't seem to find the thread.

thx for the reply.I know that I will have to send police records but my question was about court and prison records :)

I have never been convicted of a crime.will I still have to send court an prison records to the NVC ?

Are you talking about police certificate? Yes, you need it, though you have no record. No, you don't need anything else besides police report.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Thank you for the replies guys.

I'm talking about the prison and court records not the police records because they are different things.I know that I will have to send the police records anyway but I'm not sure if i'll have to send the court and prison records too even I've never been conviced of a crime and have never been in jail :D

The answer is NO.
