Hi! Sorry to post this again- just didn’t get any response / feedback. I still haven’t heard from USCIS either. So here is my original two part question

I had my green card interview March 17. In the interview they informed me that they lost my medical exam results (smh) and he is going to approve me but can’t until he gets the results. A few hours after the interview, my status on the app changed to “interview completed, case must be reviewed”

So I went the next day (during this virus crisis) i got a new exam done... I picked up the results Thursday the 26 and mailed it priority with tracking same day.

here are my questions

1. what is the status change usually after interview complete? How long did it take to get your green card? Is their approval notice once they do approve it etc?

2. anyone who had to redo their medical how long did it take to process everything?

Got my Combo Card and SSN guys!! Just wanna ask if yours says "VALID FOR WORK ONLY WITH DSH AUTHORIZATION "

Yes that's normal. You can get rid of that text after you get your greencard.

The status will change to approved and new card is being produced. You'll also get an approval notice with the mail. The card should arrive within a week after the approval

thanks! How long after your interview did it take to change? It’s been 3 weeks since the interview and 2 weeks since I mailed in what they asked for. Should I call?

Hi!

so I got a ssn before I applied for AOS - I got my combo ead card March 11 - wasn’t exepecting a new ssn since I already had one. But I got one in the mail yesterday- without my middle name on it and with a new number??? Is that normal?

That is not normal, and you should only have one SSN. I recommend that you contact SS to clear this up. Either by phone or in person when their offices reopen again.

Any California filers receive anything? It’s been quiet on here so far this week!

Yeah! It feels like California shut down completely when covid started ☹️

All the ones who got continued approvals weren’t from Cali 🤔
