My wife's AoS from K-1 interview just got scheduled. We're in Las Vegas.  Here's the timeline recap:

Filed AoS - 11/14/2020

NOA - 11/21/2019

Received text message saying ready to be scheduled for interview - 1/27/2020

Received text message saying scheduled for interview - 3/13/2020

Received interview scheduling letter in the mail - 3/20/2020

Interview date - 4/21/2020

Exactly 5 months from NOA to interview date. No word yet on EAD or AP.

Got the text on Friday too but no mail yet

I am waiting for my SSN! Received combo card on 3/16. They say it should be within 7 business days.

Received mine 3/05! and I still don't have it. Worried if it got lost in the mail or was never sent out

Hey, November filer here. Did anyone notice on the USCIS processing times site for the I-131 in the NBC office, the time for processing of applications “based on pending i-485 adjustment application” is no longer showing and it only gives times for “All other applicants for advance parole” at 8-10 months? Maybe it was always like this and I just missed it. It shows both options for the I-765?

I’m still waiting on my AP and EAD. Biometrics were in December.

Hoping they come in the next month or so. I have to fly home in August for our Irish wedding so I’m a bit stressed for it to come with all these office closures happening!

Update on my case: so, as I said before my interview for AOS was cancelled due to COVID-19. However, just today they updated my EAD and AP applications to "Case was approved".

I am happy that somthing is moving forward.

I look forward to getting the cards in the mail!

Congratulations to the two of you. That's awesome 🎉🎉

I also saw 3 approved EADs on the USCIS casetracker yesterday. That keeps the motivation up

Got my new medical exam results today and mailed them in to my field office. Hopefully they receive it ASAP and approve my AOS. The guy who interviewed us said he was keeping my file out on his desk to approve as soon as he gets my medical exam results (it told him I was going the day after my interview to get it done) - Still pissed off they lost the original.

According to the USCIS website they aren’t doing in person interviews but they are still in the office.

On another note, anyone know how to remove the condition in your ssc with the offices closed? I got my EAD but my SSC still has the “can’t work” condition on it (got it with my I129f when I got here)
