Quick question regarding your NOAs, did your approval NOAs have the same MSCXXXXXXXX number as before when they returned you the whole package or did the new NOAs have completely new MSCXXXXXXXXX numbers?

Oh yes, numbers are new! I thought USCIS would process case with previously assigned numbers and I kept checking case status using them😂

Just sent ours in! Terrifying and relieving  all at once. Keep feeling like I forgot something, but all we can do now is wait.  Good luck to all of us!

Good luck 🍀

Hi Everyone,

Question, on your cover letters for the I485, the Petitioner is now the individual who received the K1 visa corrent? As in I am the one with the K1 Visa - so I was the Beneficiary with the I129F but since I am filling the I485 then I am now the petitioner?

Only thing the I-485 is not a petition like the I-129F, but yes you as the K1 beneficiary you become the applicant, as you are applying to adjust your status.
