I’m happy that so many people are getting their EADs but it’s very discouraging to see mid December filers getting it before so many people still waiting for months and months 😔

I’m still waiting for them to receive my RFIE.. I don’t think they will process the combo card or schedule the interview without first receiving our answer to their RFIE? It said in the RFIE mail that they will not continue processing our cases until they hear a response..?

It should be on your NOA, mine is the same day as the case received date (Nov 22nd).

 

Got my interview in a week trying to prep all the documents and received an email that my EAD is also being produced 😊, AP hasn't changed at all since case received.

Awesome! I’ll check what mine is. I have my interview March 17. Impatiently waiting for my EAD

My NOA does not have a priority date. Neither does my interview notice

Hello all, 

 

I just found this group that I have been looking for lol. We filed our AOS since 11/08/2020 received an RFE because we had one page in our form that was from the expired version of the form. Anyway, We sent the correct forms and our case has been updated that they received the new forms and will continue to process the case. We are still waiting on our EAD as well. Its so frustrating because a lot of people have already received their cards and have their case scheduled for an  interview. 

 

I guess i'm just happy I can vent here till they answer us

We filed on November 25th and received an RFIE on January 27th about my BC. We sent our response on Feb 13th and the status changed to ''Response to RFIE received '' on the 18th. There hasn't been any update since. (Filing from Rockville, MD)

Yes, so no update since we sent over the need letter for our RFE since 01/27/2020 AND nothing for our EAD since 12/13/2019 .....
