I got my RFE i wanna laugh coz its the IRS for 2019 and the submission for IRS start at jan 2020. We submit nov 2019. 😅😅😅

Omg same! Im confused. Tax season of 2019 ends april 2020 right? So we need to file now in order to put it in the RFe?! Thats weird.. shouldn’t the latest tax doc be 2018?

We submitted 2018 Tax return and stated in the cover letter that we didn’t file as yet

Hi everyone. So I filled my adjustment of status November and I got a RFE 2 weeks ago. I was wondering if anybody else have the same experience and how long before they know their interview is set. And do we need to do and interview before I can get EAD/AP approved?

Was your RFE also for not including 2019 Tax Returns/Transcripts?

They were asking for my recent tax turn transcript. I think it's because I didn't send in the correct ones before.

The first set of tax paper I sent in was missing some paper but I send it in still

Oh okay. That's why I sent tax transcripts because tax returns are so long and if you miss even a page they automatically issue RFE.

I haven't gotten my EAD or AP yet, I just applied last month
