biometric done yesterday it took only 10 min . hope to see other updates on my case status

Mailed my AOS November 21st, 2019 and just say today December 21st Chicago Lockbox took out the $1200 on credit card. Been a looong month but happy to see something!! Still waiting for the text messages!

We got the biometrics letter today. Didn’t make it in this year. We are scheduled for January 3rd. Still... happy things are moving along. Do you guys know how long are we going to be waiting for the work permit?

Congratulations....We technically filed in November but they "received" our package Dec.2 (signiture confirmation) in our haste we didn't add the form for text.  They STILL didn't cash our check so I'm starting to get a tad nervous!  Your post gives me hope?  lol

Don’t worry, they cashed out check a month after they received the case, plus holiday season.

Orlando is where my biometrics are so I am assuming there. I’m guessing yours will be Miami?

sorry I didn’t know West Palm beach had a field office. Ie I don’t live in Orlando, I’m along the coast, but my biometrics are in Orlando.

If you go to this site https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/field-office/field-office-state?state=FL&topic_id=1&lang=1125

 

it tells you which field office you will go to based on your zip code

Had biometrics appt today at 9am. Got there closed due to executive order for Christmas Eve.

Should of known only day off and thought it was great to get it done. Voice at intercom said come back 26th but lady at USCIS help number said new appt would be sent out. Don't know may get her a ride on the 26th and try to get done then.

I do not think so.  It would be too early..But am sure January will be our month and we will get updates!
