case from NVC send to embassy

hello everyone here...

ask some information if who knows .. if how long the beneficiary receive the notification from embassy ...?

what are the processing to do in part of beneficiaries in petition cr-1..

How long? It really depends as others only receive their Appointment packet a week before their schedule, others a month and others never receive their appointment letter at all. But schedules are usually posted (on their website) a month before the schedule. If you see your schedule there and have not receive the packet, you can request for a packet pick-up at SLEC, also that way, you can have an early medical if you wish to.

NVC should send packet to the petitioner or agent and Embassy should send a packet to the beneficiary/applicant. I never received my packet from USEM, my husband received the packet from NVC and he sent that to me so I can have my early medical at SLEC.
