Hmm, how do i figure out which service center it is? It was Potomac after my husband’s case was approved at uscis in the beginning for his visa and all.

I’m gonna have to check that out. I haven’t found where it is on the site.

Potomac centre is cool.

They are one of the fastest service centres I heard. So you shouldnt be waiting for long.

Just log into your USCIS account and go to messages.

Check it out.

Thanks for the reply.

Do you know if I just need to pay the fee now that my spouse is already here? Or do I need to submit paperwork?

If your spouse is here and you have not paid the immigrant fee you will have to pay the fee in order receive green card.

For real?

How long did it take to get it after contacting your senator?

My senator put an inquiry in on Dec 3rd and I received it in the mail on Dec 14. The office has been really helpful throughout my husbands case. I first contacted them because the embassy stopped working on my husbands case but after their inquiries his visa was issued a month later. Have you reached out to your senator?
