They did same thing to me

That’s awful .. they just didn’t care about people . Like USCIS . The worst is that my husband don’t arrive to have his tax transcripts because the IRS website don’t let him connect  him and they don’t email so we have to wait two weeks to receive the paper from US ..

That's terrible!! What did they ask for? I hope they are quicker to review this time so you can get IL soon!

Yes that’s terrible !! I can just stop crying 😢 this process is so unfair and inhuman ..

they ask for tax transcripts for 2018 even if my husband submitted 1099r and 1095 as he is navy retired .
death certificate of his late wife and his divorce decree .
right now we don’t arrive to have the tax transcripts online we have to wait 15 days to receive it .my husband is living abroad with me so he can not pick it in center

i am ready to give up honestly ...

be careful, I've requested mine TWICE (via mail, so it's taken forever) and they wer VERY picky about my handwriting saying I scribbled something out (I didn't) but they said I need to resubmit my forms again...it's taken months

Hang in there, this is almost over. Try to see the bright side: at least you have your spouse with you, while many of us don't (including myself). I'm so afraid of getting my documents rejected after long 6 weeks... I just want to be with my wife soon...

I know but it’s so long ..

16 months already .

what I don’t understand it’s that we submitted my husband tax return from the last 3 years and they want the transcript for 2018

we can still not submit it because we wait on this paper coming in France from US in France So another wait .
i hope then that we will not wait another 6 weeks 🙏

It looks like they are picky about a lot of things just to gain time ..

I know i am lucky to have my husband here , and  I thanks god to have this chance . 🙏🙂
but I have rough time to think that it’s almost over because at each time there is a delay for this or that  .
i hope you and your wife are gonna be reunited very soon 🤞🍀
