No, they will go by the new submit date of the new docs and then review all the docs at the same time. But with how quickly some get DQ it’s hard to tell if the date even matters all that much! So really you never know I guess, hopefully sooner than later though!

What does this email mean from NVC? DQ?  But at the same time they are asking me to upload one more document of petitioner which i did upload today.

NVC received all the requested documentation for this immigrant visa case. The application is now in the queue awaiting an interview appointment overseas, where a consular officer will adjudicate the applicant's visa application.

The U.S. Embassy/Consulate tells us what dates they are holding interviews, and NVC fills these appointments as the cases become documentarily qualified. NVC schedules appointments one month in advance, but we cannot predict when an interview appointment will be available.

When an appointment is available, we will notify the applicant, petitioner, and attorney (if applicable).

The applicant should not make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the embassy has issued a visa.

What document did they ask you to upload? That message looks like normal DQ to me, and says that they have already received all required documents and now just waiting for an interview to assign

It’s what describe the most how I feel after 15months waiting lol

i am tired too . I hope you will have your DQ on your 1st submission 🙏

after USCIS I thought NVC would be a breeze but it’s like worst than USCIS because we are tired and no more patience in stock ( for me , and for sure no more patience especially when I see so much injustice on how they are processing cases . )

Plus with holidays coming they probably gonna slow down ( but could they be slower ? 🧐

When I realized that Montreal consulate has a 5 month wait for interview I got even more discouraged.😢

Ah well. Such is the process.

Hello my fellow VJ families....

Okay, so our file was approved on the 23rd of October, we haven't heard from NVC yet. Should we call them (NVC) now, or we should just chill and wait till we hear from them?.

Then secondly, who has a similar timeline to ours and have you heard from NVC already, or did you call or wait?

And our file was approved from Texas Center.

Best of luck to every one of us on our Visa Journey. XOXO 💕💕💕💕
