yep i saw that , that’s good for them 🙂

i am a black cat you are completely right !
we called NVC again yesterday to know about our case and still the same bla bla bla ..
i will not be surprised to go over 6 weeks ..

after 344 days at NSC nothing is surprising me anymore

ras le bol 🤪

Don't worry. You will get it soon. My took exactly 6 weeks. I was also stuck at 362 at NSC...

The way NVC is processing cases, it is very frustrating as some people get approval in few days while some has to wait 5-6 weeks...

Thank you for your answer @Swadesfan

OMG they are awful .. sorry but that’s true .. they are playing with our nerves..

« good »to know that I am not alone waiting forever ..

it is very frustrating to wait so long when some people get approved in few days .
we could think that we are used to inequality with NSC but I was hoping the things to be  different at NVC stage .
I hope you get DQ at 1st time ?

Yeah, I was hoping the same that at NVC, it will be equal and boy, I was so wrong 😑.

I did got DQ 1st time on OCT 25. Now waiting for the interview at Mumbai which just finished July DQs. I am guessing February Interview.

They are all in the same basket .. USCIS/NVC

i hope you will have your interview before 🤞

me , I don’t know what is currently the waiting time for Paris .

right now I just pray to be DQ at 1 st time because if I get reviewed and then I have to wait again 6 weeks I don’t know if psychologically I am gonna be able to handle it ..

i submitted my DS 260 mid October, (pressed submit) but then added a few extra supporting docs (and pressed submit again) in the beginning of Nov.  Does that mean they will process my october docs then weeks later look at the november?

Hi,

Quick question... My  AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT (AOS) section is complete and information has been submitted. However, the civil documents are incomplete because I am waiting for my husband's police report. If everything is correct with AOS, will I still get DQ for that section or will they need to have the civil documents completed as well?

I believe it's not until all documents are submitted that they would do a review. I believe your husband and I are in the same boat and it is not a fun process 😐

LOL yes this.

I am so tired with all of this. I submitted October 21st and nothing. Also I might have the wrong police certificate so I am worried I won't get DQ on my first submission.

Somehow I thought after USCIS, NVC would be a breeze but the wait is agony. 😭

No, they will go by the new submit date of the new docs and then review all the docs at the same time. But with how quickly some get DQ it’s hard to tell if the date even matters all that much! So really you never know I guess, hopefully sooner than later though!

It’s what describe the most how I feel after 15months waiting lol

i am tired too . I hope you will have your DQ on your 1st submission 🙏

after USCIS I thought NVC would be a breeze but it’s like worst than USCIS because we are tired and no more patience in stock ( for me , and for sure no more patience especially when I see so much injustice on how they are processing cases . )

Plus with holidays coming they probably gonna slow down ( but could they be slower ? 🧐
