We just downloaded a passport photo app on our phone, took pic with flash against our white bedroom wall, and uploaded since we also didn’t know and didn’t want to waste time going out to do it 😂

Same here !! We took a photo on the grocery store parking lot against a white wall 🤣

they are driving us crazy lol

I tried that but the walls in my house need serious paint 😆 and no one in my family had the skills nor the patience to take the no-shadows-white-background-straight-uncovered-face pic. I swear I tried but ended up just going to a studio and I have my pics ready 😃

We finished to take the picture on the parking lot because too much shadows on the background we tried all the rooms 😂 and in my village , trust me or not just a photo booth doing just French picture size  and the next photographer is at 1h or 1h1/2 driving 😱 I am very afraid for my 1st submission being rejected because of that .

On the I-864, if you're using foreign assets to qualify, are you supposed to list the money in USD? If so, do you need to attach a note explaining that or maybe include in cover letter?

Hi! What I did and they accepted: I got a declaration of my bank stating that my

wife and I have the ‘x’ amount in our savings account and that amount equals ‘x’ USD. If you have another kind of assets, i think is good to attach a note that mentions the value in USD too, ok? 👍🏻

In ds 260 control your money ? No only your wife husband who live in USA ? Qualify sponsor mean checkin your  wife husband tax in United States

All the info about assets is for I-864 filing. And the rules are different according its location, type and sponsor.

Nebraska’s processing time is around 12.5-15.5 months, most right now are taking around a year. We were at Nebraska too, we filed I129f for a K3, and our I129f/K3 was denied and our I130 approved much more quickly than regular processing. Many others have done this too and succeeded, I recommend you file an I129f. All you need is photocopies of: marriage certificate, I130 NOA1, 1 passport photo of beneficiary, 1 passport photo petitioner, photocopy of petitioner’s proof of US citizenship
