Not sure how it works for marriage certificate in Pakistan, but for example for my husbands police certificate, we put the original police certificate and the translated police certificate in one PDF. I would probably put all marriage-related documents in one PDF but make sure that it’s under 2MB

For us it was a month after the service center sent it

can we replace submitted documents if wrongly uploaded?

Anyone else check CEAC daily even though you know you'll get an email if there are any updates 🙈

 

I have no faith in our lawyer so I'm going in with the expectation that we're going to have to resubmit something at some point and I'd rather find out sooner than later!

Just wanna share a great news. Today at 13:51 we received an email confirming our Visa Case becoming Documentarily Qualified ☺️

 

Submitted around 1600 Nov 8, got approved 1351 Nov 9.

Mine was approved on 9th of October but they have sent to the NVC on 23rd of October and I'm still waiting for the next steps eagerly.😊

I waited patiently for the email... it came 29 days after being sent by USCIS to NVC you should hear something Monday/Tuesday I think... looks like they would have got yours in same mail as mine

Just got an email with our NVC case number. Yay!

 

Only thing it was assigned to China. My wife is a Chinese citizen but lives and works in Japan. So now we need to get that changed. Yes we put Japan on the I-130 application. 

 

If anyone has experience changing locations (or has to change their location) any advise would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you. No I didn't expedite but I submitted a lot of additional documents
