Hello Everyone, please if you are on this thread and have case complete make sure you fill out the form and get added to the spreadsheet.

 

Check the spreadsheet to make sure your information dates are correct.  i just went through these 7 pages and there were 10 VJ profiles here posting that have never filled out the form. This is very time consuming to chase down information . especially for those who don't fill out their timeline.

 

The timelines is where VisaJourney gets their stats. No updates no stats So please help the community by being a good member and fill out your timelines and complete the form to be added.

Hi,

Our DQ 9/30 still waiting on interview date. Why is Santo Domingo taking so long to assign interview appointments? I call NVC and all representatives give the same response so basically no use calling NVC & I emailed an expedite 10/31 and still no response from U.S. Embassy  in santo Domingo 🤦🏽‍♀️

Many people get that notice.  Just be prepared with a joint sponsor.

The joint sponsor how should I get that ready for the interview?

I have to keep it with me in paper form?

They won't accept at the interview. You may receive 221g and be asked to upload the docs to NVC after interview and drop off the requested documents to a location specified on the letter. Financial 221g take about 1-2 weeks for resolution (in Mumbai).

Thank you @dwheels76. I'll keep everyone posted about my progress so anyone else in my situation will have an idea of what's to come. Officially 9 months in , I hope this does not extend much longer. 😭  Anyways trying to look at the good side , in 3 months it will be my 2 year anniversary , so I will become IR1 and he comes with 10 year residency. But I really don't mind him coming before. 😭

Long time lurker here, but just finally updated everything and filled out the form to be added to the spreadsheet.  PD: 2018/05/14.  DQ: 2019/10/11.  My kiddos were DQ: 2019/10/01.  Assuming I'm looking at Feb at the earliest for an interview since Montreal is super speedy...
