Guys I had a question.. I got accepted.

But a message I got it's says Saci doesn't meet the minimum income requirements and at the time of interview the consular officer will decide.  It mentioned a joint sponsor.has anyone received this.

 

DQ and case complete is same thing. Until like a few months ago NVC called it case complete.
Many people get that notice.  Just be prepared with a joint sponsor.

Husband arrived in America finally!

POE: OCT 22, BOSTON .. WAS  very easy and no trouble at all. His SSN card arrived about 8 days later.  

HIS only complaint is it's so cold IN PENNSYLVANIA! LOL

Said my case number will remain the same (bmb, Bombay)

No you get a new case number it takes 3 to 4 months to change. You would be reassigned the number for that embassy.

That's not true. No one has to start all over. It's an easy call embassy to send to the embassy change. Happens all the time.

Well the police certificate should be in her maiden name but i guess they pulled from her married name can you get a new one for the interview?
If not just go with what you have.

 

You have no time line. I did add you to spreadsheet what is your interview date and date you got interview so I can put those numbers in.

about 2 to 3 months after DQ you are assigned. Eight now they are at 9/19 for December scheduling.
