Yes! this wait seems endless.  Looking at the spreadsheet the most recent case was DQ on 7/10 and received Interview letter on 9/20. It took over 2 months and 10 days, I hope I hear something back this month.  There's also cases from earlier this year that only took about 3-4 weeks, there's always chance your case won't take as long.

You will hear something soon and I hope mine don’t take long.

I contact NVC and got nothing worthwhile. I also contacted the consulate and my senator, and from all three places I was told conflicting information. It's a runaround in my experience.

^ Exactly.

I kinda figured that...but we try and remain hopeful...thank you and good luck!

Has anyone from Mumbai embassy tried to check their CEAC status  to see if their case is ready to be scheduled for an interview or still at NVC especially the people with July and August CC?

I have not checked it as I am Oct DQ. But based on the past trend, 1st batch of ILs should come out next week. I don't know if the status will say ready to be schedule. What is your current status on CEAC? From my understanding, CEAC will always says at NVC. Once the interview is scheduled, the case will be sent to Mumbai and only then the status will change. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

When you get the IL it’ll change to In transit. When it’s received by the embassy it will say Ready.

Hi guys! Has anyone called NVC and gotten any good verbal updates after your DQ in regards to how long until your interview is

It’s pretty much useless to call. NVC gives you the standard answer, that “once we get available dates from the Embassy, we fill the slots with the DQ’d cases, and issue IL’s immediately, just be patient “.

Someone (IR1) received IL yesterday with 8/28 CC (interview is on 12/16). We should see more starting early next week!

Yes. Embassies inform once a month but NVC sends out emails through out the month - 3 to 4 weeks before the interview date, the interview letter is sent
