Has anyone called NVC and gotten any good verbal updates after your DQ in regards to how long until your interview is scheduled?

I contact NVC and got nothing worthwhile. I also contacted the consulate and my senator, and from all three places I was told conflicting information. It's a runaround in my experience.

You get all excited from getting DQ and boom...you start losing the patience once again.

^ Exactly.

Has anyone from Mumbai embassy tried to check their CEAC status  to see if their case is ready to be scheduled for an interview or still at NVC especially the people with July and August CC?

Morning All,

having been a silent watcher of these forums for a while and taken a lot of advice and Kept up my hope/optimism along the way, I finally received our IL yesterday (7th Dec)... DQ was 3rd Nov

interview is at London embassy on 10th Dec and it can’t come quick enough

arranged medicals yesterday for 27th nov to give plenty of time to get results across

feels so good to arrange all the small details and like it’s moving along finally

as we all know it’s an incredibly frustrating experience but trust in the system and we will all get there , the light at the end of the tunnel is near!! Hoping to be in the US for Christmas!

good luck everyone 🇬🇧🇺🇸

Sorry got my dates mixed up, too excited!!

DQ was October 3rd and IL letter received 7th November!!!!!!

That’s  a lot. I got DQ today 😖. Another long wait.  Do you know if someone got their interview Recently?

Yes! this wait seems endless.  Looking at the spreadsheet the most recent case was DQ on 7/10 and received Interview letter on 9/20. It took over 2 months and 10 days, I hope I hear something back this month.  There's also cases from earlier this year that only took about 3-4 weeks, there's always chance your case won't take as long.

Im not sure to be honest , was all done by my attorney ... pretty sure it’s a scan of the original though and take original to interview
