I'm just disturbed that we're in nessessary administrative processing... Anyone has any idea?  It's just at the NVC

Is it safe to say that non immigrant visas interviews are a priority  now due to the upcoming holidays and they will resume back to the CR1s in Jan? So we looking at Jan and Feb dates for those of us DQ'd in Sept and Oct?

Yes,initially was in F1 category got married and was moved to F3

got an email from the embassy saying the visa was approved and will be delivered in 2-3 days!

Decided to add a quick timeline overview here for others in similar positions.

 

IR5 filing for mom - Jamaica 

NOA1 Aug 2018 Nebraska 🤦🏽‍♀️

NOA2 Aug 2019

NVC case number: October 7th

Submit docs: Oct 10th for AOS docs only, then CEAC website went down plus had issues getting police certificate. Oct 21st civil docs submitted 

DQ Oct 25th (4 days later)

IL Nov 13th

Interview Dec 4th

You are being required to bring along with you original copy of any civil documents uploaded to ceac...
