I know November is a day away or a few hours for some of us. But thought to start this thread so that us November folks can start sharing information.

My window opens up 11/8 and I plan to file online. :)

Wishing everyone the best!

MyUSCIS updated this weekend with the receipt notice and "We scheduled your biometrics appointment". Also has an estimated case completion time of July 2020 (8 months).

The biometrics notice hasn't showed up in the forms section yet, but apparently that takes a few days. But I'm already much happier with the new online system than with the waiting game with all the previous forms we've filed!

I don't know if there is a ban. This is being used in almost every thread. It is helpful. check out the October thread below:

Quick question for November filers? Which documents did you upload for online filing? Thanks.

You Keep asking the same question expecting a different answer

Documents that will be requested are based off your category of application.

Married 3yrs, 5yrs, Military, etc. You are a methuselah on this site and should know better

It tells you exactly what to upload at the very end of the process. The only "required" documents are a scan of the applicant's green card, and for 3year filers, a scan of your marriage certificate.

However it strongly suggests that you should upload additional evidence. Specifically, it asks for 3 years of certified tax returns or IRS transcripts, evidence of a name change if needed, and if filing under the 3 year rule, additional evidence of your established marital relationship. You can also upload additional documents to support any non-standard answers to questions, such as arrest records, court documents, etc etc.

What you need to upload all depends on your case, but it will clearly ask you for anything you need. You can also save your application and return to it up to 30 days later, so if you don't have something right now, you have plenty of time to find it before you actually submit and pay the fee.
