@pegagnThanks so much! Still the 2016 one. I feel like mine got lost in the mail or something. My case was received 2 weeks before yours, but somehow I"m still waiting on that P3! So frustrating. Going to send it in without being prompted and hope for the best.

I tracked my visa using the DHL hack that @Greenbaum posted in the NVC thread. I was able to see that my visa was signed by someone on Dec 27th. CEAC had it showing "In-Transit" until Jan 8th.

How did you track it? I am currently waiting for my ready, my info was submitted to the consulate on the 21st of January.

You are ahead of us! We submitted our petition well before you...

Have you heard anything back about your P3?

This is the PDF that @Greenbaum created. the DHL hack for how to track you visa in point #9 starting on page 2 and continuing to page 3. I used it and it worked great for me. I was able to see that my visa was received by the consulate on Dec 27th. Now I'm still waiting for them to send me my P3.

I'm still waiting for P3 as well. I've sent in my P3 info twice now and the first time they told me to wait until they contacted me. I just sent it again on Jan 24th in hopes that it will be accepted this time.

I just don't understand why some people seem to get left behind. :(

It seems like the consulate is really behind right now!! Things are moving slowly... hopefully we all get our P3's soon and can book our interviews.

Keep us posted!

So you’ve been waiting for them to send you your P3 since Oct 30th??? That sucks.  If I were you, I’d just send it. They worse that can happen is that they tell you to wait until they contact you to send it in.

That’s weird... US fiancé got the letter with the P3 link early December and I received the same letter with the approved petition in the mail two weeks later in Canada...

GAH! I'm happy for you, but my god this is so unfair! Sending an unprompted P3 and hoping for the best.

Yeah, that's where I'm at. I think this is one situation where I tried to hard to be patient and should have taken action sooner. I'll let everyone know if they accept my P3.

I just received the following email back from the consulate in response to me sending in my P3 before they prompted me too...

"Good morning,

We acknowledge receipt of your e-mail and the additional information provided. We will forward your information to the visa unit for review and next steps to take to continue processing your K-1 Fiancé Visa. Please be advised that you are not eligible at this time to schedule an appointment, until you receive instructions from the visa unit to do so."

I guess I just need to sit tight and wait but I just wish I knew what is causing the delay. It's been there for a month and I haven't gotten anywhere. I'm frustrated.

I think this is them telling me to wait for packet 3 but I'm really not sure. Has anyone else received this email?
