I really hope you hear something soon. We've all got our fingers crossed for you!

Thank you! I find it a bit odd that my case updated and I haven’t gotten a specific response in over 48 hours..I think I am just getting antsy at this point! Lol

Planning what to do in Montreal for a week! Finally booked everything.

The P4 list sort of confused me: we don't need our expired passports, petitioners birth certificate or I-864 for our interview, do we?

For the I-864 we filled it out before knowing what to expect, it looks like for the interview you only need the I - 134 with supporting income information. I believe the I-864 comes into play when going for the green card afterwards.

The petitioner birth certificate is needed if they require proof of US citizenship for one of the options on the Packet 3 form, which most looked optional.

Haven't heard anything about past passports, sorry!

Good luck :)

My date updated on Feb 3rd too for no reason that I'm aware of. I wish they would state the reason for the update.

I sent in my P3 over the weekend and resent today but have only gotten automated responses since then! CEAC even updated my case for feb 4 but I still haven’t received a specific response. Crossing my fingers and hoping to hear from the embassy soon..

We sent our P3 on Monday with the last update being Feb 3rd. Still nothing regarding P4. Hopefully by weeks end we’ll have it.

Funny thing. As soon as I posted the message above I got the P4 email to book medical and interview.

Is there supposed to be a link in P4 to book online?

Yes, it is in the second paragraph of the email...

Congrats :) hopefully there are still some spots left!

I just scheduled my interview for Feb 19th at 7:30am. Both the 19th and 26th were still open, although I think the 26th only had an 8:30am slot open. Now I need to book my medical.

Anyone know if the interview confirmation letter is emailed or sent regular mail?

Mine was emailed to me right after I booked the interview. Check your email for the below subject line...

“Yatri: U.S. DoS K Visa Application Confirmation (action required)”

I-864 is for the spousal visa as well as  AOS once you get married. Only thing you need original from the petitioner is divorce decree, copies of birth certificate and passport bio page are fine.

Interview booked for March! 🤗

Congrats! When did you receive your P4... I’m still waiting on mine and my documents were sent the same day to the consulate as you.

I haven’t heard a response from the consulate since Monday and have sent a few emails. I am stressed now...
