"Site Cannot Be Reached"

I'm filling out the DS-260 for my husband and am under the Work/Education/Training section, Putting in his previous work and education. I fill out most of the information and then I click "Add Another" and then this screen comes up. I've filled in the same info at least 5 times and each time this screen comes up when i click "Add Another" see attachement.

this happened to me several times last week. I was ready to throw my computer across the room! I ended up switching browsers (from google chrome to internet explorer) and then was able to complete the form.

I'm surprised my laptop is broken yet 🙃. I will try internet explorer

It didn't work, i tried internet explorer, mozilla and an incognito window on chrome. I don't know what else to do other than to call the NVC. On explorer it let me enter all the information i needed to but when i clicked save it went to "This site cannot be reached" page. Geez
