After NOA2 approval question

I just got approval for NOA2 little over 2 weeks ago. I'm going to be visiting my fiancee in about 3 days. I got most of the paperwork almost finish for after NOA2 approval. I will be bringing the paperwork over with me to give to my fiancee, but most of the paperwork will be dated this month. 

 

What I'm wondering if that since everything will be a possible a few months till she get the interview. Will there be any issues if the documents are up to October? i.e. w2 pay stub, Proof of ongoing relationship, bank statement, 

Send an original letter affirming your desire to marry your fiance, etc.

 

Or does everything needs to be closer to the interview?

If you need to  refresh,  scan, email and she prints locally
