If my fiancé quits his job and start working at another place, would our I134-F be denied or?

The short answer is no.

Future income cannot be used to support you now. Neither can past income. They will care about current income first. At the time you present the I-134, it needs to show the petitioner's current income...that is how much they are earning at that time. The past income may be considered for the public charge piece as well, but current income is what is required.

Do we need documents translated on English for the interview?

The requirements are different for each embassy. Most will require a translation to English which you can do yourself or if you would like you can locate some on the internet that do translations.

Just put this statement on it and sign:

CERTIFICATE OF TRANSLATION I, ___________________________, am competent to translate from ________________ into English, and certify that the translation of __________________________________ is true and accurate to the best of my abilities. ______________________________ Signature of Translator

Name of Translator _____________________________ Address of Translator ____________________________ Telephone Number of Translator ____________________________.

I just wanted to pop in and say me and my fiance (although mostly my fiance) have our interview on Thursday in Honduras.  I fly out to be there tomorrow.  I hope all goes well. It has given me great hope that so many here have done well.  Thanks for all the help.  I'll post an update Thursday.

So just to update,  me and my fiance got the visa!!  We are very excited.  The interview went very easily.  We did have to wait in line for a little while but I was allowed to be by my fiance's side the entire time.  They didn't ask me any questions but they seemed to be comforted that I was there with him.

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

And what documents should we submit with the i134F?

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: You must submit any evidence which will show that you and members of your family who will accompany you are not likely to become public charges while in the United States. Visa petitioner (US Citizen) will have to complete form I-134. If the petitioner does not qualify as a sponsor, a Joint-Sponsor should ALSO be presented (any US Citizen living in the US or Legal Permanent Resident), who will also have to complete form I-134. Both, the Sponsor (Petitioner) as well as the Joint-Sponsor, will have to present last year's income tax return transcripts. W2 form and proof of current and sustainable income (e.g letter of employment on letterhead including salary and start date, most recent salary receipts, bank accounts, the value of properties, etc.). You may download the I-134 affidavit at https://www.uscis.gov/i-134 Get the IRS transcript in place of the actual 1040 here: https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript Use this link to determine the income levels needed https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.

If you reply please parse my post so its not so big that it clutters up the thread.

Yes i was able to be there with him the whole time.  So was another couple who was there with us.   Basically they just kept my affidavit of support.  I think as long as you make enough money they dont really worry over it to much.
