I'm hoping my case goes to the embassy today or tomorrow. I missed the the last shipment.

I hope so for my case too. Case # was assigned 13/12 but it missed last shipment also. I pray those who missed last shipment will make this one 🙏🏽

As a quick update on my status for anyone else still waiting, I have yet to receive a case # from NVC for our NOA2 that was received by UCSIS on 11/26/19.

I guess that means I will miss the shipment for 1/7/2020 which is extremely disappointing.

It won't go today but maybe Tuesday or Wednesday. Watch your CEAC for updated information. We are looking for "in transit". I hope it happens for you guys.

USCIS doesn't receive NOA2's they produce them and send them on to NVC for case assignment.

That was a typo on my part. I'll try to edit my post to keep things clear.

The issue is I've spoken to like 5 reps from NVC who all have said that my petition was received on 11/26.

When I called on on January 2. They stated that they scanned it on that date. When I was ask for more information, I get nothing more then "there is no time frame".

By scanned, I mean they scanned it in on January 2 but received it on 11/26.

I called NVC again today and one of the representatives was actually helpful. He basically told me that NVC scanned my K1 Petition into the wrong system on 11/26/2019 and they only recently scanned it in on 1/2/2020 into the right system. They are telling me to expect a one month delay based on the file creation date on NVC http://nvc.state.gov/petition

This truly sucks and makes me a bit annoyed that prior reps could not be as transparent with me.

I understand your frustration. The whole idea behind how information is given is based on one thing; avoiding confrontation with the applicants. Of course that is not something that is published but being a student of people, it's hard not to see this. You will probably never receive an appology or a straight answer, we don't know if he was telling you the truth or not but I have never heard someone being put in the "wrong" system. Just my opinion.

Does a joint sponsor needs to fill out another I-134F, along with adding his tax returns or transcripts?

Both you and the co-sponsor required to complete the information below to prepare for the interview.

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: You must submit any evidence which will show that you and members of your family who will accompany you are not likely to become public charges while in the United States. Visa petitioner (US Citizen) will have to complete form I-134. If the petitioner does not qualify as a sponsor, a Joint-Sponsor should ALSO be presented (any US Citizen living in the US or Legal Permanent Resident), who will also have to complete form I-134. Both, the Sponsor (Petitioner) as well as the Joint-Sponsor, will have to present last year's income tax return transcripts. W2 form and proof of current and sustainable income (e.g letter of employment on letterhead including salary and start date, most recent salary receipts, bank accounts, the value of properties, etc.). You may download the I-134 affidavit at https://www.uscis.gov/i-134 Get the IRS transcript in place of the actual 1040 here: https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript Use this link to determine the income levels needed https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.

Today and tomorrow are big days for some as your case file may ship out to your embassy. Check CEAC for updated progress and look for "in transit"!! If that shows you are on your way. Shipments are throughout today and tomorrow so don't get discouraged if your record at CEAC has not changed over to "in transit” Also, for those who want to have a little fun in tracking your shipment see the DHL hack on the first page of this thread NUMBER 19 for instructions. NOTE: The DHL hack information will not be available until Wednesday as the DHL and NVC computers must sync with each other to produce the outcome.

You have three stages 1) transit - shipment is in the air or soon will be, 2) received - physical case file is at the Embassy and 3) ready - your case is ready to schedule and complete your interview.  These will be your current state or status to your case file once you have received the case number. Once your record is set to "ready" you are ready to proceed in processing your next steps as listed in your P3 for your embassy.  I have most P3 if you hit me up with a request, I will post back the links.

Please don't screenshot and post your CEAC status as it just clutters up the thread. We all know what it looks like. Let us know your progress as we want to celebrate with you. Good luck.
