Use 23/12/2019 to 24/12/2019. It's a range of date starting with the date you assume the packaged shipped. Remember this works for most but sometimes not. So be patient and try at different times of the  day or wait an additional day.

since yours was Philippines did it work for you?

I tried but saw nothing. Would I play with EXP 23 Dec 2019A  as well???

Will do! But so far, it didn’t show up anything so I just gave up and I’m trying to patiently wait 🤣 I’ll wait til after the holidays to do the medical anyway. But will definitely let you know if I figure it out.

You would choose "Regular". See below for the answer to why. Guess what Ron, I found this information using google. You should try it for many of your questions as the answers are typically there. Between VJ and Google I answer most questions that are asked.

An official passport is a passport which is issued to someone who must travel internationally on official state business. These passports are issued specifically to people who need to travel, rather than to people who are being assigned or posted overseas. For people who are being assigned overseas for state purposes, a diplomatic passport is issued. Official passports are usually a different color from regular passports, to make them easier to identify, and they do not entitle their bearers to any special privileges.

The regular passport is often referred to as a tourist passport although it is also used by those who travel for business, study, work, pleasure and other purposes. A regular passport book has a blue cover and is issued with the standard 28 pages or non-standard 52 pages.

No need for a co-sponsor. They are really only interested in current income. Use the guidelines below to prepare your financials.

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: You must submit any evidence which will show that you and members of your family who will accompany you are not likely to become public charges while in the United States. Visa petitioner (US Citizen) will have to complete form 1-134. If the petitioner does not qualify as a sponsor, a Joint-Sponsor should ALSO be presented (any US Citizen living in the US or Legal Permanent Resident), who will also have to complete form 1-134. Both, the Sponsor (Petitioner) as well as the Joint-Sponsor, will have to present last year's income tax return transcripts. W2 form and proof of current and sustainable income (e.g letter of employment on letterhead including salary and start date, most recent salary receipts, bank accounts, value of properties, etc.). You may download the 1-134 affidavit at: https://www.uscis.gov/i-134 Get the IRS transcript in place of the actual 1040 here: https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript Use this link to determine the income levels needed https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.
