Reading the NVC "In Transit" Box

It says "Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center"

Ahhh... What does that mean because in the letter i got in the e-mail it only says it's being transferred to the Embassy???

🤔🤔🤔🤔

We got an email with our case number today and checked that our petition is "In Transit" to London. I noticed on the PDF that we should contact you for a P3? We will start filling out the DS-160 in the meantime.

Congrats. I have not seen an email yet and status still says "At NVC" I guess I got left behind. Hopefully next shipment.

That's wording for those cases that truly are an immigrant visa, you are not as you are a non-immigrant but being treated as an immigrant till your visa is issued. Ignore anything that states NVC will do this or that as it doesn't pertain to you.

So when it says "In Transit" does that mean it's on the way to the embassy?

Use 23/12/2019 to 24/12/2019. It's a range of date starting with the date you assume the packaged shipped. Remember this works for most but sometimes not. So be patient and try at different times of the  day or wait an additional day.
