Hi, thanks for the note. Please see the answers below.

Did you read what the embassy states on their website?  Did you find your sub-forum to ask these questions as you are asking people here from all different embassies and each one does not do the same as others. Did you read the P3 letter that I sent you weeks ago? No, we have not looked at the US embassy's website. We were trying to see if the NVC even got our NO2 yet. They only received it on Friday (we know this by calling and waiting on the phone for an hour). I have this form tabbed but it has multiple threads with questions that dont pertain to my situation, so perhaps I am looking in the wrong place to find information I need. I did not ask for a P3 form yet, per your note on the PDF: Once you have your case number you can complete the DS-160 (14 & 15)
 Contact Greenbaum to see if he has a copy of your embassy’s P3 - We dont have a case number, therefore I wouldnt have asked for any P3. I dont even know what that is.

I can't do this for you, you have to help yourself and read what is provided by others like myself. Thanks for the help.

Just want to ask if the 24th will be a holiday? I know it’s the next shipment date. I’m just curious if they’ll skip it, if it is considered a holiday, or send it earlier or later? Have you encountered this before, @Greenbaum? I’m sorry if this question has been answered. But as always, thank you for your help. And patience 😊

The PDF answered your question in number 15 first or second sentence. This is why I made the PDF. 99% of what you are doing at this phase is answered there. Simply follow and low and behold you will know where what and when everything is happening with your application with instructions on how to ascertain that information.  And yes, once you have your case number you can complete the DS-160.

Okay, thank you! I tried looking this up but I wasn’t sure if the 24th will be considered a holiday since it showed up different results. Thank you so much! Have a great day 😊

When completing the DS 160, my fiancee's middle name on her passport is her mother's maiden name like all Filipinos. The form does not ask for a middle name. Should I use that as part of her Surname?

If it doesn't ask for a middle name don't piut one down. A middle name is not part of the first name or the surname. If you have two first names, like a lot of Filipinos, then you would use both names for the first name and leave the middle blank or whatever.

Do you have your NBI completed with all AKA's? Do you have original BC and have you checked the spelling of all the names associated with the BC? PSA is nororious in making mistakes. Have you got all your other documents together? Have you joined the sub-forum for the Philipppines? Do uou need Police Certificates from other countries that yuou have lived since the age 16 for more then 6 months? There is no waiting. Lots that have to get accomplished before the interview.

But the middle name can be part of the last name like Sanchez Pacio

Not needed for the medical exam, but all will be in order for the interview.
