I just checked my status and it says ready! ah! Going to fill out the DS -160 maybe this weekend.

Same here! DS-160 this weekend as well. Already got the Police and Birth certificate to be delivered next week and the rest of the information from my fiance came today! In the final leg of the journey now.

DS160 done, will schedule the medical interview on Monday morning!

For anyone else filling out the DS160 and getting stuck on anything: googling the question usually brings up a Visa Journey result,

Here's a good thread for the London form

For London we can schedule the medical before the embassy has the case right? Once we have the case number we’re good to go for it? Only can’t schedule the interview yet?

I'm unsure if it's wise to or not. The advice on here has been to be wait until the status has changed from Ready -> In Transit -> Ready. Then only on the second ready (when the consulate has your application), start to do everything related, including booking the Medical appointment.

I have provided this for some what is required for the UK. I also recommend that you now move over to the UK sub-forum for all things dealing with the UK. It's makes sense to ask those who are in the same embassy as you then on a thread like this one. You are finished here. The link is below.

London sub-forum on VJ

There are experts over in the sub-forum for your country located here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/99-united-kingdom/  This is where others from your country who are processing or those who have completed their interview and they can guide you on their experience. A TON of information and help there.

Ours arrived 12/12 and we got the case number 12/13. I bet yours is ready!

My case shipped out of NVC on the 10th to Manilla. They received it Friday or over the weekend. Our case status is READY! Appointment in Manilla scheduled for middle of January. They had earlier dates, including 12/26. But with the holidays, it's tricky scheduling.

I think it is confusing when people say the second ready. Because all I ever saw was In Transit and then Ready. I checked all the time and never saw a Ready before in transit. 🤷‍♂️
