I mean I'll ask.

Since my approval happen November 21 does that mean it went out Nov 26?

Just trying to understand "The Process"

9. Tracking your case file that's in transit to your Embassy: Shipments are made on every other Tuesday and Wednesday. [So that was yesterday November 26 and today November 27] Shipments are updated throughout the day so if yours doesn’t appear, just relax and have patience as may show later in the day or the next day. If you received your case number prior to the Wednesday [last Wednesday was November 20] before the shipping week you most likely will be on the shipping schedule for the next week. If not, then you will be on the following scheduled shipping dates.

That comes from the PDF. Now since you were approved on 11/21 which falls after 11/20 then you will be on the 12/10 ship date. I hope you understand the process. Don't read into things. Don't hope and think it will happen. Deal with facts and you will see your way through this.

They're asking if the shipment dates are the same for Being sent from USCIS to NVC.

Nope they are not. We haven't figured any rhyme or reason for shipments from USCIS to NVC.

Glad to help! Its raining here too the first time in ages! So happy, lol.

My guess is that yours would be heading to NVC today, things have been going pretty fast since the NoA2. *fingers crossed for you*

Are you in the Bay Area too?

NVC Received assigned my case number on the 11/18/2019 (KEV)

i was hopefully to be on transit yesterday and today, status still showing AT NVC

I called NVC this morning and the guy said it's on administrative processing (AP) but i should keep checking my email. I don't know what that means

Remember, I wrote in the PDF that they go out yesterday and today and so check through-out the day.

The NVC received my case today. (11/27)  They also gave it a case number already too.😀   Based on Greenbaum's PDF, it will most likely go out on December 10th.  FYI - My NOA2 was November 8th.
