Hi everyone!  I cant stand my excitement! When i wake up this morning i saw an e-mail from USCIS and it was a short e mail saying that there is an action in our case and it was approved. i c

NOA1 is November 8th, checked the USCIS tracker app today and saw we got approved! was nervous seeing a lot of people have been getting approved but very happy to see ours joined the band wagon!

NOA1 November 6, woke up today and saw approved on March 10! I received a text but no email (yet).

So Ukraine pretty much shut down everything and she can not even leave her city (no bus no train) plus US embassy of Ukraine close until further notice. Anyway thanks god we hire a lawyer from the beginning for our application and she will take care us and research. I know some of you will think lawyer not necessary for K visa but our lawyer is my friend and we want to do it just in case. Good luck for everyone...

We also were approved today! 136 days after. Finally this part is over with!

This might be a dumb question but is that “in transit” status shown on the app or is that a separate deal?

There is a PDF on the first page, first post of any NOA2 to NVC to Embassy monthly thread. I think I talk about it at #9. I hope this helps. Short answer it's a separate deal.

The announced the suspension of all routine visa service.... does that mean including reviewing I129F (NOA2)? Or for interviews? I am confused :( we waited 117 days already...

The US embassy in South Korea stated that the suspension is for all countries with a level 2, 3, or 4 U.S. Department of State travel advisory. Taiwan is at level 1. I am so confused about all these sudden changes..
