NOA1 is November 8th, checked the USCIS tracker app today and saw we got approved! was nervous seeing a lot of people have been getting approved but very happy to see ours joined the band wagon!

NOA1 November 6, woke up today and saw approved on March 10! I received a text but no email (yet).

Anyway thanks god we hire a lawyer from the beginning for our application and she will take care us and research. I know some of you will think lawyer not necessary for K visa but our lawyer is my friend and we want to do it just in case. Good luck for everyone...

Stay strong as we move further into the COVID-19 stages. 

This might be a dumb question but is that “in transit” status shown on the app or is that a separate deal?

There is a PDF on the first page, first post of any NOA2 to NVC to Embassy monthly thread. I think I talk about it at #9. I hope this helps. Short answer it's a separate deal.

The announced the suspension of all routine visa service.... does that mean including reviewing I129F (NOA2)? Or for interviews? I am confused :( we waited 117 days already...

The US embassy in South Korea stated that the suspension is for all countries with a level 2, 3, or 4 U.S. Department of State travel advisory. Taiwan is at level 1. I am so confused about all these sudden changes..
