My projected date isn't for another month, but I can't wait to see things start to move for other November filers here!

Soon very soon!

Hi November filers. I'm a December filer, just wanted to drop in and share the news. I just got official word that USCIS will be skipping November filers, and will process December filers first, then come back to process the November filers when they have a chance. Jackpot!

Just kidding of course. Good luck to you all, soon your approvals will start filtering in.

I got official word that USCIS read your post and decided to take a break after the November filers because of the sheer shock and near-heart attack I just got. Jesus. 😛

For NOA1 date, it is the date of Notice listed on your NOA1 form (I-797C) From what I gather "old" site uses "date received" which is also listed on your NOA1 form, but that is the date when they received your I-129F package, not the date when NOA1 was actually issued.

I understand, mine is 2 December. I was just saying their NOA1 date just so happens to be the date we ran our petition to the post office...

Literally. 🤣 We made it just barely before closing time and didn't want to postpone as it was just before Thanksgiving and we were going away for the weekend. So it was basically a "hurry up and wait" type of thing. 😄 Rush to mail it in and then take the back seat and let it unfold. 😬
