Hope everyone's wait is going well! The holidays sure helped pass the time and I was able to go spend them with my fiance in Denver, so that was nice.

That's so nice! I was also able to spend time with my fiance over in Norway, but the waiting is much harder without him! We likely won't see each other again until he comes for us to be married. We are trying to save up as much money as we can for the wait until he can work!

I spent Thanksgiving in Denver with family and Christmas in Italy with my fiance. I'm really learning about how impatient and what a worrier I am because of this process. I never would have described myself like that before applying. My heart goes out to everyone struggling to be patient!

Hope everyone is hanging in there! I've been peeking on the October filers thread every few days and it's so encouraging to see how positive and happy they are over there getting their approvals! Won't be long until that's us! :D

I wanted to ask btw, my fiancee is planning on applying for home loan, would this affect in any way with the income requirements we must meet?

Hi all! I'm a little late to find this group- but lockbox received our packet on Nov 8th, and we are now waiting on our NOA2.

I've seen those in the October thread are starting to get their NOA2s so I think we are all a month or two behind them! Feb or March is not that far away! Good luck all!

You have to meet the lending parameters of the bank or lending institution which they use to make their decision on a number of financial criteria as a whole. Income is just one.
