I 129F is filled for multiple reasons, primarily Fiance and Wife, the only way they can defrenciate when they recieve it with out opening it is by where you sent it.

For Fiance you send it to you local service center. For Wife you send it to Chicago. I read previously about cases of people who sent to their local service center and got their applications mistaken with Fiance, until somebody opened them to realize and match that application with that person's I130.

Good luck. And best thing to do is, read those three sheets that come with the I129 form before filling the application.

You can. I said I don't advise it this far after filing the I-130. It would seem your best move is to find out whether there is an RFE on your I-130 case. If there is, get it and respond. You give too little information to get really good advice here. First you ask what you can do to speed things up. When you are told the answer is nothing, you come out with some more information.

For good responses, we need the full story.

We're here to help. I can tell you that filing or not filing the I-129F has absolutely nothing to do with how long your I-130 is taking.

Are you the US Citizen or the foreign spouse?
