But they say i need the case number to track my case. If we wait for NOA1, we have no case number yet.

It's a many month process,  you will have time to track after you get NOA1

My apologies, I misread your post.

 

Did your fiancé file a G-1145 with your I-129F petition? If so, your fiancé will receive a text message which will have the Receipt Number (case number). Your fiancé should receive the text message a day or two after your I-129F petition has been delivered to the USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility.

Exactly what I said.   You will have many months to track your case AFTER you receive your NOA1

Not yet, but we want to complete this G1145 form. Thank you!
