Hey guys

I found this website yesterday and since then I'm going crazy - lol! I've been texting my significant other NON STOP about other peoples cases and what they had to provide and what they think was unnecessary.

So far we have his Facebook posts (on our anniversaries - 6 months, 1 year, 2 years - he posted what we did to celebrate it and how happy he is that he met me.. also there are two Facebook posts that show us in Paris and on a Cruise in Mexico. We took FB posts because they have the proof of time when he posted them)

I have screenshots of all my booking confirmations of my flights and he'll add his confirmations too.

We also asked two friends to write us sworn statements or however you call them.. (DO THEY HAVE TO SEND THAT IN FOR US OR DO WE ADD THAT INTO ALL THE PAPERS?)

And we are going to write two statements too I think because I read it's good to do so.. lol.

I'm lost and REALLY nervous.. Someone help please.

Edit; Oh and we have our Tinder conversation from back then showing how we got to know each other

Which stage are you at now? I-129F Petition or K-1 Visa Application? It depends on which stage you are at the kind of evidence that you are required to submit.

There is no need to front load your petition because Germany isn't a high fraud country. I don't think you have anything to worry about as long as you submit the required documents.

We are about to file the petition! He's filling everything out for the last 2 days and trying to gather all the evidence.

Well the problem is 2017-2018 I was an au pair and due to my long distance relationship I've been traveling a LOT back and forth.. so the last time I travelled there they were interrogating me for 5 hours and telling me "I need to convince them if I want to travel into this country.. and right now I'm not doing it"

I think they thought I was illegally working there or something so now I'm a lil nervous about all this..

For the I-129F Petition, you only need to provide evidence of at least one in-person meeting within the past two years.

The primary evidence are passport stamps, boarding passes, flight itinerary and receipts, hotel reservations and receipts, etc. The photos and social media posts are good but it would be even better if your fiancé would be able to include other documentary evidence of those trips that would show that you were together; for example, reservation and receipts of the cruise under both your names.

The sworn statements don't hold much water. However, you and your fiancé's statements can be included in your Letter of Intent to Marry; it doesn't have to be a novel-length love story though!

Did you meet on Tinder? If so, it would be best if your fiancé submits a copy of Tinder's Terms of Service to show that it isn't an International Marriage Broker. (It obviously isn't but some people received an RFE because it.) Your fiancé may also include a letter explaining that it isn't.

For the incident that you mentioned, were you refused entry to the U.S.? If not, I wouldn't worry about it. As long as you can show that all your stays in the U.S. were legal, you should be fine.
