It depends on your household size. You can look it up on the link above.

 

The public charge rule is now more enforced, so continuous employment for the sponsor is advised. Also look it up for 125% too to be sure you meet the requirements for the AOS. Some consulates might look at the 125% of the poverty guidelines since you need to AOS after arriving to the USA.

The amount is already stipulated on the table and the link in the other comments above.

 

What do you mean by "four times the amount of the minimum"? That is 400%. The minimum is already the 100% of HHS Poverty Guidelines, as stipulated above. What you need is "times 1.25" considering that you have to do Adjustment of Status; that amount is also stipulated above--look at the 125% of HHS Poverty Guidelines column.
