I am a K-1 Visa holder and we are already married on September, but for some reasons, we forgot to send all the Adjustment status Documents to USCIS and my visa has been expired since last week. What should we do?

Just send the documents. You are in status for 90 days after you entered the US. AOS should be sent during that time to avoid deportation. If you miss the 90 days, just send it in ASAP and you will be fine.

The visa is irrelavant at this point.

Visa expired or I94 is expired?

Visa. We didn't apply for I94. This is also my concern, isn't it (I94) optional? CMIIW

I94 is given at the border uponem entry,  all k1s receive.

YMMV

I didn't get any of this paper. Once i got into US, they only stamped my Passport and allowed me to get my next flight. Seriously.

Because it is an electronic document that you retrieve from the CBP website

Is it required doc for the AOS? We have worked on all documents, except I94.

The i94 is typically a document submitted with AOS.   Nothing to 'work on"  go to the CBP website and retrieve it and print it out

We just now downloaded Ryan’s

This is the website to go to:

https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home

You will need to enter in some basic information and there is a “print” button to easily obtain the 94.

You're fine.  The sooner the better, but don't get yourself in a panic.  There have been couples that wait months or even years to file.  Once you get all the documents you need, and feel confident you have everything, go ahead and submit.  I recommend not feeling rushed and could possibly forget to send something.
