We are on AOS employment based because of my husband's job.

I have a job offer and I want to expedite my EAD but I don't know if it will affect our case if I request it under financial loss. What do you think?

The way expedited work is they revise them and either approve or deny them “obviously” if it is approved you get moved to the front of the line, if it gets denied your case and place on the queue is not at all affected. However if you do this on financial loss you should think about getting a co sponsor since they have been denying people on grounds of becoming a “public charge”

you can expedite it with a pending job offer. You would use personal financial loss, and all the evidence you submit needs to be related to you PERSONALLY and not the household. For example, my husbands work union (which he was able to transfer from canada to here) assisted in the job offer part. But his proof of need were his OWN expenses - alimony, personal credit cards, storage fees for his items back in canada still. We made sure it reflected in no way on my ability to provide/support him for daily and normal costs (which it didnt, im just not paying his alimony LOL)
