What are some documents i can add with my petition such as Erb orders of sgli with my wife on these things so these things work and what else can i also use?

My husband printed out his Sgli thing which shows me as a beneficiary, we got affidavit from some work colleagues ( just to say they know of our marriage etc). If your boss could also write you a letter that would be great. All your pay stuff from work to show your income and that you’ll be in a position to support her etc. Make screenshots of your messages and wats app, emails etc. if you’ve ever sent her funds through WesternUnion be sure to add those in as well. Birthday cards or post cards are great too.

Thanks alot can i use a affidavit of marriage as supporting documents and i already have my commander write a letter for me

Sometimes you just have to think outside the box and use all that you can find. But you sure can use affidavits from friends and family alike.

The affidavit is ok but it is secondary evidence at best. If you have her on your DEERs then you can log in to DMCD and print off showing her as your dependent.

If she is close to a US Embassy and you already added her in DEERs, she can get a dependent ID with you listed as a sponsor. Could add that too.

IF SHE LIVES OVERSEAS CAN SHE GO TO ANY USA EMBASSY TO GET THE DEPENDENT I.D
