And i cant hide a criminal act if i did some just because i got a new name. They have it in their database, they can investigate my whole life, not only by my new name.

 

i just picked up a third name, Its not a completely new name.

i was advising you to ensure that the background check certificate for immigration purposes that you’re required to provide be done on and/or display both names..

I meant i cant hide criminal act IF i did one with my previous name (ofcourse i didnt do any). Police certificate covers my whole life, not only my new name.

As does mine, but mine shows both my birth name and legal name change name..

you changed your name because of marriage? Because im not. I just didnt like mine and i choose another one. So its my legal name now.

A legal name change is a legal name change, irrespective of reasoning behind it..

My original one and only BC says my BIRTH NAME is the new name. It doesnt mention its a name change. Because its a BC. I have another paper what says i changed it from that to this.

Most people particularly women do....

 

you do realise that getting married doesn’t legally change your name right?

 

There is no legal obligation for name change at marriage...

 

To legally change my name post marriage I still am required to file for legal name changes as did you when changing your name by choice.. legally there really is no difference... it’s a name change irrespective of reasons for..

Okay. I only have an original BC with my current name on it at the "birth name" section, dated 2008. And i have an official paper (also dated 2008) which says i changed my name from XY to XYZ, and from now this is my legally BC. will it be enough?

I’d say yes, provide both...

 

but as mentioned before be sure your background check that you provide them links both names also... you need to join all the dots for them and close the loop for all names you’ve used, not just new name

Im pretty sure police can access my whole background. This namechange isnt radical, i mean if i leave my third name from papers its still valid. Like many people do, if they have 3 names they just use their first and second name and leave the third.

So these are my documents of my name change (officially translated). Plus i have a birth certificate with my new name.

 

It says i havent have my old one.

 

The question is:

i’ll be good with these 3? These 2 letters and my BC from 2008?
