Previously my fiancee got denied K-1 Visa. I am trying to fill I-130 (k-3 VISA). My question is for part 5 page 8 question 3a which address should I fill ? The embassy address, where she got denied or the address I submited my previous I-129f ?

This is the question on the form I-130

Have you EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien?

If you answered "Yes," provide the name, place, date of filing, and the result.

Same thing happened to me. I applied for K1 and got denied at embassy level.

Technically, our Petition was approved and Visa was Denied.

For me, After my case was sent back to USCIS. I sent separate withdrawal letter to the service center where my petition was adjudicated which was 'California Service Center'.

I also attached same copy of that withdrawal letter along with I130 petition.

So,

Have you EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien? - Answer is Yes

Name - current spouse name

place - Dallas, TX

Date of filing - The date you filed petition

Result - I129f Petition (k1) - Withdrawal

Note: After 6 month of sending petition I got letter from California Service Center saying that my petition was expired and will not be adjudicated again.

My I-130 petition was Approved just few weeks back without any issues..

You mailed a petition to an address.  Just put the city.  The I-130 will result in a CR-1 visa.  K3 visas have been virtually dead for a decade.
