I was reading and found this:

https://vn.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/required-documents/

All documents not in English or Vietnamese must be accompanied by a certified English translation that includes a statement by the translator that the “Translation is accurate” and the “Translator is competent to translate.”

I know any document sent to USCIS must be translated, but this is new, the CONSULATE will accept non-translated documents?  Is it just safer to get it all translated?

The Chinese Consulate's rule is all paperwork needs to be translated.  This is the first time I have read that they would accept non-english paperwork, just wanted to double check.

Most of the important papers will be translated for USCIS, but a few things are specific to the Consulate.

Just wanted to make sure, its OK to use Vietnamese papers in VN?
