Birth Certificate Question on I-129F

I am a USA born citizen, born and raised in california.

i am doing the K1 visa for my fiance.

However, on my birth certificate, they misspelled my father's name by just 1 letter. For example: if his name is Matthew, they wrote Motthew.

I wrote his correct name on the I-129F form.

I have included both copies of my US passport and birth certificate. will I get an RFE because of the misspelling on the birth certificate?

thank you

Likely a non-issue. If you feel so inclined, explain the misspelling in a supplemental statement, in the manner described in the Form I-129F instructions.

BTW, how many years did the misspelling occur, and only now it concerns you?

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Why are you submitting both?  Do you want extra credit?

YMMV
