Of course you can invite him. You can invite anybody you want. But that is all you do. They would have to get the visitor visa on their own.

There is no invitation or sponsorship for a tourist visa.  Applicants are judged on their own merits and their ties to home.

As others stated he is more than welcome to visit you on his own merits. He needs to show intent on going back to his home country (as well as ties to the country) after visiting you. There’s no “invitation” letter you send.

Slim to none that a young man (or woman) gets a tourist visa from  casa embassy

they are concerned the person will come and marry and AOS to stay

He has to do the application and there is no letter of invitation or showing you will sponsor the trip to help

needed for a tourist visa from Morocco

1. good job

2  bank account to afford the trip

3. must own property of his own

4.  the hardest / must be able to prove he will return to morocco

5.  and if he has traveled any to Europe and returned to Morocco,  it helps

You can invite anybody. But your invitation has nothing to do with his visa application...he needs a reason to leave the US, not really so much as a reason to visit.
