I just have a question, i want to know if i can apply for the citzenship in 2 years , i am 10 years greencard holder married to usa citzen?

Yes. 3 years as married to the same usc and 3 years as a green card holder (minus 90 days)

you can apply when a green card holder for 3 years (minus the 90 days) Since you already have 3 years as married to that usc.

Upon looking @wantknow timeline it states that the OP entered the USA Feb 1, 2018. From what I have reviewed on VJ this would be OP's resident since date since OP entered on a CR-1/IR-1. So keeping that in mind, the OP would not be eligible to apply for citizenship until November 3, 2020. 

 

@wantknow, I would wait a day or two and apply on November 5, 2020 as there have been issues with priority dates if applying the same day you are eligible.

The AOS in the time line was the Affidavit of Support, not Adjustment of Status.  According to the timeline, the immigrant visa wasn't even issued until 1/3/2018.  

Correct information has been provided.  Look at your green card for the "Resident since" date and apply no sooner than 90 days before the 3 year anniversary of the date.  Since you apparently entered the US as a resident in 2018, that will be sometime in 2021.

@jan22, did you look at the actual timeline and not the signature of @wantknow? I looked at the timeline and it states that @wantknow entered the USA on Feb 1, 2018. This means that OP would be eligible on the date that I stated in my previous post. I don't see what you are trying to say.

 

As far as @Luckycuds is concerned he can apply for citizenship already. @Luckycuds entered on a K-1 visa and I know for a fact that when you are approved for your card, the day you are approved is your resident since date.

I looked at the OP's timeline -- which is for an I-130 for a CR/IR1 visa, not a K-1 -- snice that is the focus of this thread.   

 

We agree the OP entered the US on Feb. 1, 2018.  But It was as a CR-1.  Not eligible for citizenship until 2021 (although since it's a February entry, can submit application in late 2020).  This is what you said in a post earlier in the thread.  However, I think you confused the issue when you replied to luckycuds' post, and responded about when he/she was eligible for citizenship, when that had nothing to do with what he/she had posted.  His/Her post merely confirmed that, after two years, the OP could not file for citizenship; they weren't questioning when they could do so..  Your response could confuse the OP, who likely doesn't have English as a first language, as applying to his own case.
